Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026 · Written by Premier
These terms cover your use of the Fiction Vertices website (the "Site"), which is run by the Fiction Vertices studio ("Fiction Vertices", "we", "us"). By signing in or using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
- The Site is for Fiction Vertices team members only. You get access by signing in with a Discord account that is in the Fiction Vertices Discord server and has a role we've approved, such as Dev.
- You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country.
- Access is personal. Don't share your account, session or download links with anyone outside the team.
- We can change, suspend or remove anyone's access at any time, for example by removing their Discord role. Admins can also delete a member, which signs them out everywhere and bans their Discord account from signing in again.
2. What you can upload
Only upload files that you made yourself, that Fiction Vertices already owns, or that you have the rights to give to Fiction Vertices. You must not upload:
- Content taken from other games, creators or asset stores without permission, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Malware, exploits, cheats or any file meant to harm people, devices or accounts.
- Illegal, hateful, sexual or harassing content, or personal information about other people.
- Files that break Roblox's, Discord's or Cloudflare's rules.
Admins can remove any file and limit the file types each library accepts.
3. Ownership of uploaded work
- Work you upload to the Site for Fiction Vertices projects is created for Fiction Vertices and belongs to Fiction Vertices, including all copyright and other rights in it.
- By uploading, you assign those rights to Fiction Vertices, or, where the law doesn't allow an assignment, you give Fiction Vertices an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, change, publish and sell the work.
- If you have a separate written agreement with Fiction Vertices about a piece of work, that agreement wins where it conflicts with this section.
4. No reselling, sharing or posting
Assets, builds and other material on the Site are confidential to Fiction Vertices. This includes assets Fiction Vertices paid for, such as purchased packs, commissions or licensed content, and anything Fiction Vertices owns.
Unless you have an official, written "yes" from the Fiction Vertices studio for that specific use, you must not:
- Resell them, or include them in anything you sell.
- Share them with anyone outside the team.
- Post, upload or publish them anywhere, including social media, Discord servers, asset stores, the Roblox Creator Store or other games.
- Use them in your own projects or anyone else's.
Permission must come from the studio itself. A teammate saying it's fine isn't enough. If you're not sure, ask first.
5. Using the Site properly
- Don't try to get around sign-in or permissions, reach other people's data, or disrupt the Site.
- Don't use automated tools to scrape or mass-download the Site beyond normal team use.
- Only delete or overwrite work when you're allowed to.
6. No guarantees
The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and files safe, but we don't promise it will always be available or that files can never be lost. Keep your own copies of important work.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fiction Vertices isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, from using the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending access
If you leave the team or break these terms, your access can be removed. Sections 3, 4, 6 and 7 keep applying after your access ends.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: message an admin in the Fiction Vertices Discord server.
